Welcome to VARAYA Resort. By booking a stay or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations & Payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid charges.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM | Check-out: by 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests at all times.
• VARAYA Resort reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay for inappropriate behavior without refund.

5. Liability

• VARAYA Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

6. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
